We have several options on how we can host up to 20 people at a time at our venue and 12-16 for VR experience:

  • Venue can host up to 20, but ideally 12 at a time, to have a VR experience. 
  • You can bring snacks, drinks and cakes or even order them to be delivered to our venue, or we can order it for you. 
  • Our venue is booked as a birthday party venue for minimum 2 hours giving time for people to play VR arcade games, complete escape rooms, try our racing cars, eat cake, food and drinks at the venue. 
  • We have a small kitchen, 6 x 2-3 seater couches, mini fridge, toilet and a very small dining area to wash plates and cups. 
  • Our venue is primarily setup for VR experiences and to have some finger food. 
  • The Birthday party venue will be leased exclusively to you and your guests. There will be no other customers other than our staff to host and help you. 
  • You can take photographs and videos at the venue too. 
  • Some of our virtual reality entertainment area can be converted for a seating area for guests, if additional searing area is required and current seating area is not sufficient.
  • Alcohol cannot be consumed at the venue. 
  • This is a self-service budget venue, your Airbnb version of a venue if you’re looking for a low budget venue with an exclusive premier VR experience. 

Our Location 

Apsis VR virtual reality entertainment centre at 10 Queens Street, just 5 minutes away from Flinders Street station, with lots of parking at Bond Street and Flinders. We are close to Yarra River, Crown Casino and South Bank. There are also some of the most amazing restaurants down Flinders Lane that include Cha Ching, Tian 38, Vapiano and Ohi!Pho.
