How far in advance do I need to book corporate VR hire?
We recommend 3–4 weeks for larger events (50+ guests) to ensure headset availability and allow time to configure custom content if required. For smaller activations of 20–40 guests we can often accommodate 1–2 weeks notice. Melbourne’s corporate Christmas party season (November–December) books out quickly — contact us as early as possible.
Can we use our own branded VR experience or custom app?
Yes. If your company has a custom VR application built in Unity or Unreal Engine, we install and test it on every headset at our warehouse before dispatch. We have been configuring custom VR apps since 2021. Contact us with your APK file and technical requirements at least 48 hours before dispatch.
Do you come to our office or external venue?
