We Bring The Christmas Party To Your Office
Anywhere In Melbourne
Want a Christmas party without the venue hire, the travel time, or the wasted afternoon getting everyone there and back? We bring the full experience to you — VR escape rooms, tournaments and team challenges, set up in your own meeting rooms, boardrooms or breakout spaces, anywhere in metropolitan Melbourne.
All equipment, setup and hosting included. For teams of 20 to 500+.
No venue fee. No commute. No half-day written off to travel. Your Christmas party happens in the building your team already knows, on a date that suits you — and for many Melbourne organisations, that’s exactly the point.

What Spaces Work
Why Bring Christmas Back Into The Office
Existing spaces deliver results
Meeting rooms, boardrooms and open office areas become high-impact event environments — no site visit, no unfamiliar layout to navigate on the day.
Lower costs
Avoid premium venue pricing during Melbourne’s busiest event season and put more of the budget into the experience itself.
Greater flexibility
Run the celebration across a single afternoon or an entire week, so participation fits your team’s schedule rather than the other way around.
Better participation.
Stronger return-to-office outcomes.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you run our Christmas party at our office?
Yes. We deliver the complete experience — VR equipment, hosts, games and setup — at your office, workplace or chosen location anywhere in metropolitan Melbourne, including the CBD and South East Melbourne. Nothing needs to leave your building except the boxes we brought in.
How many employees can participate?
Our office-based formats are designed for groups of 20 through to 500+. Smaller teams suit the VR Exclusive format; larger organisations typically run VR Sprint or Tournament Week so everyone participates without long waits.
Is VR suitable for employees who have never used it before?
Yes. Most participants have never used VR before their first session with us. Every format includes full onboarding, host guidance throughout, and games chosen to suit complete beginners alongside confident gamers.
What spaces do we need to provide?
Meeting rooms, boardrooms, breakout spaces or open office areas all work. We assess your space as part of planning and bring all equipment needed — you don’t need to provide anything beyond the room itself.
Can employees participate at different times?
Yes. The VR Sprint and Tournament Week formats are built specifically for flexible participation, so staff can join sessions that suit their day rather than attending one fixed block.
How long does the experience run?
From a single 45-minute VR Exclusive session through to a full Tournament Week — the format and duration are built around your team size and goals during planning.
Can teams be mixed across departments?
Absolutely, and we recommend it. Mixed-department teams are one of the most effective ways to help employees build relationships outside their immediate team — we can help design the groupings, or your People & Culture team can.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as possible — ideally August or September. Late-November and December dates are Melbourne’s busiest event period and fill quickly, particularly for Tournament Week bookings that require multi-day availability.
Tell us your team size, preferred dates and available spaces — we’ll recommend the right format.
