Virtual Reality Team Building Ideas
It has been a challenge for most organisations to conduct team building activities in a face to face setting ever since COVID. As most people work from home for part or all of their time. However the lack of face to face engagement over extended period of time could have a negative impact on team productivity. It also does not give an opportunity for team members to get to know each other especially their shared interest that might help them to build stronger working relationships.
For 45 Minutes : Replace an office meeting with team building activity
- VR Escape Rooms : Fun short 45 minute VR escape rooms solving puzzles to complete a mission as a team that involves problem solving, communication and helping each other.

Over 2-3 hours : Team Building and Team Bonding
If you have a team of 8 to 12 then you can do the above 45 minute activity and then have a meal and drinks at some of our partner restaurants at Flinders Lane near Queen Street. This can be a team bonding activity where everyone can have their favourite conversations and discuss about the activity they have just completed. How they would apply to work etc.
At Apsis VR we can conduct team facilitation activities on how to apply some of our escape room principles based on the escape room you did at our place.
At the christmas party then awards can be given to certain categories like the most creative team, the funniest team, competitive team etc etc. Over this period, the company has the opportunity to raise the engagement level of their staff and create a positive morale.
Team Development
So many organisations go through multiple restructures in the hope to increase organisation productivity. But before restructures they need to first restructure their team engagement and empowerment activities.
